Historic Folsom Pedal Stop Rides – LET’S RIDE LADIES!
What exactly is a Historic Folsom Pedal Stop Ride? In short, it’s a social ride starting at the Pedal Stop in Historic Downtown Folsom designed to explore the Parkway. Read about the Pedal Stop here.
It was our pleasure to lead three spring rides from the Pedal Stop. Living on the American River Parkway in Gold River, next door to Folsom, we are often approached by newer riders or those exploring for the first time who need to ask for directions or assistance. With that in mind, a series of social rides was designed with increasing mileage each time. Starting with an 11 mile round trip ride to Lake Natoma in early April, the short spring series ended with a 20+ mile ride including the first route and continuing to Beals Point at Folsom Lake, then returning via the Johnny Cash Art Trail.
