Registering for Tour

To sign up for a CrossRoads tour complete an online registration form and submit your $300 non-refundable deposit using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. (Credit cards accepted for tour deposits only.)


Standard accommodations for all tours is double occupancy. Every effort will be made to arrange requested accommodations for your entire tour but in the event that a roommate is not available for all or part of your tour an additional fee will apply.

Single Upgrade

Private rooms are available for an additional fee.

Daily and Weekly Prices

Riders may join our tours at any point along our route for any length of time. See Choose a Segment or call for details.

Final Payment

Final payment for all tours and tour segments is due 90 days prior to our Cross Country Tour departure date.  Payments received less than 90 days prior to due date will be subject to a late fee, and failure to pay tour fees and/or late fees will result in registration being canceled.  Late registrations will be accepted past final payment due date based on space availability.

Travel Insurance

Purchasing travel insurance will help protect you and your investment in the event that an unforeseen problem interferes with your tour*. Protection plans for cancellation, travel interruption, medical emergencies, etc. are offered through Travelex Insurance Services for cyclists of CrossRoads Cycling Adventures, LLC.  Visit the CrossRoads page at Travelex for details.
*We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy and as such we highly recommend purchasing travel protection.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your tour, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following schedule. Non-refundable fees are not transferable. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason.
