For me, riding is about the discovery…every single time. And it’s not that you “find” something, or even see something new and different, it’s (for me) the repeated discovery of the FACT that I’m somehow a better person when I’m done. Riding is therapy and exercise – good stuff! Sometimes, however, you do find something along the way. This very cool rock painted like a lady bug was sitting there on top of that yellow post out on the American River Parkway by Negro Bar. Silly? Of course! Just silly enough to make me want to paint rocks and leave them along the road from Newport Beach, CA to Pleasure Bay Beach in Boston.
