The DeKalb County Historical Society hosted our morning SAG today. Children from the elementary school made signs and chanted “bikers, bikers” as the group rode into town after regrouping for the event.

Outside, a table was waiting with the BEST homemade cinnamon roles ever, lemonade, PBJ’s and bananas. Truly the dream cyclist foods!

Today was the first of a couple of big climbing days. We continue to see flooding and know that one of the roads we rode today was only reopened on Wednesday.

Tour moves forward toward Boston. Spirits remain high. Tour life is a good life.
